Let’s take a vote! Senate Majority Leader John Thune, let’s take a vote. That is why you are there in our big beautiful city, is it not? Do your job. Don’t give us that subterfuge about not having enough votes. The folks back home want to know how each Senator is thinking or not thinking.
No one says that there can be only one vote, let’s keep voting as long as the Democrats keep our government shutdown. Let’s take a vote on the supposed wisdom of that Senate “filibuster gentlemen’s agreement”. Let’s take a vote!
